  • No, absolutely not.

    I coach women from different backgrounds, and you do not have to be Christian to enroll in my coaching. That being said, faith is part of the Élevé approach because I believe your physical health, spiritual life, habits, emotions, and identity are all connected.

    Fat loss, nutrition, strength training, emotional eating, discipline, and consistency are not just physical. They are also deeply mental and spiritual.

    There will be moments where motivation is low, hunger feels uncomfortable, stress is high, or old habits feel easier than new ones. In those moments, I believe we need something deeper than willpower.

    My coaching includes practical support, personalized nutrition guidance, strength programming, habits, and accountability. But it also includes faith-based encouragement, reflection, and the belief that your body is something to steward, not obsess over.

    You are always welcome here, but faith will always be part of the foundation of how I coach.

    If you already know which coaching tier you want, you can bypass the Consultation Call and enroll directly. Every coaching package includes a 30-minute Welcome & Onboarding Session, so you’ll receive full support from day one.

    The Consultation Call is only for women who want guidance choosing the right level before committing.

  • Each tier offers a different level of support and accountability.
    All women receive personalized training and nutrition guidance — the differences lie in:

    • frequency of check-ins

    • access to messaging

    • number of video calls

    • depth of programming

    • level of accountability

    I specialize in pre/postnatal coaching, postpartum recovery, and pelvic-health–informed movement and nutrition.
    If needed, I collaborate with your existing healthcare team for a safe and aligned approach

  • Yes — as long as you are not in active treatment or requiring clinical care.
    My approach is non-restrictive, non-obsessive, and rooted in balance.
    We focus on rebuilding trust with your body, removing food rules, and creating sustainable habits that feel peaceful — not punishing.

  • Yes — I work with competitors, athletes, and women in physique-based professions.
    While I don’t currently offer posing coaching, I provide evidence-based nutrition, periodized training, peak-week structure, and high-level accountability.

    All coaching is 1:1 online, with flexible tiers designed for different goals and lifestyles.

  • Yes.
    If your needs don’t fit neatly into one tier — for example, you want a hybrid of nutrition coaching + advanced training — we can build a custom package that provides the right level of support.

  • You can book a 30-minute Consultation Call for strategic guidance or to determine the best coaching path.
    This is ideal if you need direction but aren’t ready for a full program.
