Faith, fitness, and the truth about both.
This is a space for women (especially moms) to come together for prayer, honest discussion, and community around what today's health culture gets wrong, and what God actually asks of us for our bodies and our lives.
This isn't a lecture. It's a real conversation, and we want to hear from you. My hope is to bring women together: with each other, with truth, and with God in a space that supports health in every sense: nutrition, fitness, the Living Word, and honestly, just other moms who get it.
This is the first gathering of what we hope becomes a monthly tradition at St. Joseph's Parish in Prince Albert.
