All coaching is currently 1:1 online, with three levels of support depending on your goals, lifestyle, and desired accountability.

Every new client begins with a brief intake application.

Step-by-Step Onboarding

  1. You’ll receive a deep-health intake form

  2. We meet for your 60-minute Welcome & Onboarding Video Session.

  3. Together we:

    • review your goals, history, and lifestyle

    • set expectations and standards

    • outline your training and/or nutrition plan

    • discuss check-ins & communication

    • align mindset, identity & long-term vision

No program begins without this onboarding session.

    I specialize in pre/postnatal coaching, postpartum recovery, and pelvic-health–informed movement and nutrition.
    If needed, I collaborate with your existing healthcare team for a safe and aligned approach

  • Yes — as long as you are not in active treatment or requiring clinical care.
    My approach is non-restrictive, non-obsessive, and rooted in balance.
    We focus on rebuilding trust with your body, removing food rules, and creating sustainable habits that feel peaceful — not punishing.

  • Yes — I work with competitors, athletes, and women in physique-based professions.
    While I don’t currently offer posing coaching, I provide evidence-based nutrition, periodized training, peak-week structure, and high-level accountability.
