Communication & Access
To support peak conditioning while maintaining professionalism and clear boundaries, Élevé Elite clients receive access to a dedicated coaching communication channel.
Messaging access: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–6:00pm
Response timing: Within 1 business day, depending on priority and phase of conditioning
Time-sensitive matters: Reviewed and triaged at the coach’s discretion based on performance and safety considerations
All communication is priority-based and coach-determined to protect focus, autonomy, and decision quality during high-demand phases.
Important Coaching Considerations
1. Minimum Commitment
Three months is the absolute minimum for peak-season conditioning.
Many athletes require 16–20 weeks, plus a structured post-peak exit phase.
Extreme leanness is not a sustainable state. Improper exits can lead to:
Binge-restrict cycles
Hormonal dysfunction
Mood instability or depression
Body dysmorphia
Severe fatigue
The exit phase is the most critical part of elite conditioning—and where most athletes fail without support.
2. Required Exit Strategy
After peak season, you will receive a structured plan to:
Increase calories safely
Restore energy and mood
Improve hormonal balance
Rebuild hunger cues
Protect mental health
Prevent rebound weight gain
Support emotional and spiritual grounding (if desired)
Continued coaching during this phase is strongly recommended.
3. Ethical Coaching Boundary
If at any point the deficit, training volume, or psychological strain becomes unsafe, adjustments or a full pull-back will be required.
Not every athlete is suited for peak-level leanness.
This is not failure.
My responsibility is your wellbeing.
4. Medical Collaboration Required
Due to the physiological and psychological demands of peak conditioning, clients must maintain care with a licensed healthcare provider.
This program is coaching, not medical treatment.

Clinical or medical nutrition care
